Happy Soul is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you to Happy Soul in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

You agree to indemnify and hold Happy Soul, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your violation of these guidelines or any applicable laws.
