As a devoted Integrated Holistic Therapist, I firmly believe that healing is a natural state. My journey began with my own inner challenges & a profound inner calling, which led me to educate myself in quite a few internationally certified trauma-informed therapeutic and healing modalities.

With over 15+ years of experience, I've come to understand that healing is a spiral journey, where every vibratory state has a core issue. My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of the human experience.

I've walked the path of a corporate career, single parenthood, and healing arts simultaneously. In 2018, I made the conscious decision to dedicate myself full-time to my passion for healing.

My purpose is to meet individuals where they are, acknowledging that every person's journey is unique. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for growth, self-discovery, and healing.

I believe that problems are invitations to growth, and that our experiences are opportunities for evolution. As a therapist and healer, my role is to guide and support individuals in uncovering their inner strength, resilience, and wisdom.
