2025 – 2026 Batch | Global Certification Program

A structured 6-module certification program designed to help individuals heal inner wounds, transform personal experiences, and develop skills as an Inner Child Integration Therapist.

• Work with trauma, relationships, addictions, and personal growth

Course Highlights:

• Module 1-3 focus on learning the Inner Child techniques, experiential processes, 
  information and practice for your own healing as you acquire basic tools. It also includes 
  understanding relationships, drama triangles, boundaries and dependencies!
• Modules 4-6 focus on developing your skills and healing ability with advanced Inner 
  Child techniques like working with addictions, abuse, working with parts of ourselves, 
  non-dominant hand work, metaphor therapy etc. .
• Taught by Dr. Hemal Thakkar, Pooja Arora, and Trisha Caetano – experts in regression therapy and holistic healing.
• Format: 4 online modules + 2 in-person modules (Mumbai, India).
• Certification: Based on attendance, supervised practicums, case studies, personal therapy, and family history submissions.

Course Modules :

Module 1: Basics of Inner Child Work

• Understanding childhood trauma and its impact
• Inner Child healing techniques & therapeutic session structure
• Boundaries, ethics, and interview techniques

Module 2: Understanding Family Dysfunction

• Roles in dysfunctional families & their impact on adult behavior
• Working with childhood trauma, verbal imprints, and survival strategies
• Healing process and closure methods

Module 3: Working with Relationships

• Identifying and breaking free from the drama triangle
• Co-dependent relationships & inner voice dialogue
• Conflict resolution and overcoming resistance

Module 4: Working with Abuse (In-Person – Mumbai, India)

• Understanding and healing from physical, emotional, and sexual abuse
• Working with childhood trauma, shame, and enablers
• Safe techniques for body-based healing

Module 5: Working with Addictions and Disorders

• Understanding ego positions, inner landscapes, and addiction cycles
• Healing methods for eating disorders, PTSD, and dissociation
• Techniques for working with the inner teenager

Module 6: Exploring the Depths & Heights (In-Person – Mumbai, India)

• Shadow work: integrating disowned parts of the self
• Regression into the womb & pre-birth healing
• Advanced therapeutic techniques for deep transformation

Course Fees & Discounts:

• Per Module: ₹35,000 (total ₹2,10,000).
• Pay for 2+ modules upfront: 10% discount (₹1,92,500).
• Early Bird Offer: ₹28,000 for the 1st module (If paid before Feb 1, 2025).
• Fees include study material, lunch, tea/coffee, and refreshments.

Schedule & Location:

• Online Modules: March 2025 – May 2026 (via Zoom).
• In-Person Modules (Mumbai, India): February & August 2026.
  • Practice sessions: Conducted both online and in-person.

Eligibility & Certification

    Graduation Requirements:

• Attendance (min. 90%)
• 6 personal therapy sessions
• 6 supervised practicum reports
• 2 case study presentations
• Family history report

    Certification: Upon successful completion, participants receive a Global Certification in Inner Child Integration Therapy

Additions: 

• There will be extra practise days, revision days and evaluation days. Those dates and times will be 
  announced separately!
• Any in-person practise session for folks travelling into Mumbai will be facilitated close to the 
  module.
• There will be 1 case presentation before module 4 and 1 more case presentation before
