 For soothing sun burns: Add 1 drop of the oil to 3-4 drops of a carrier oil * & massage your face or other affected areas.
• Against acne and pimples: Add 1-2 drops of the oil to 3-4 drops of a carrier oil * and massage your face.
* (Carrier oils like Jojoba/Avocado/Argan)

HOW TO USE
• FOR DANDRUFF AND ITCHINESS: Add 2-3 drops of this oil to 8-10 drops of a carrier oil (like Sweet Almond oil) and massage the scalp thoroughly. You may also add it to your shampoo; mix 2-3 drops of the oil to your shampoo and wash your hair and scalp.

For headache and muscle pain: Add 2-3 drops of the oil to a carrier oil (like Sweet Almond oil) and massage the affected area.
For blocked sinuses: Add 4-5 drops of the oil into a steamer and breathe in the vapors. It will open up and relieve the sinuses.
As mouth freshener : Add 1-2 drops of oil to half a cup of water and rinse your mouth thoroughly.
